• Co-owns are done at your discretion!• If the co-owned artwork was purchased by both parties,
then reselling should be agreed upon together.• If the co-owned artwork was purchased by only one party,
to resell/trade the piece the other party must formally rescind their ownership.• Once a resell/trade is completed, it's up to the
new owner to add their watermark to the artwork.• A second text/watermark version for co-owns can only be obtained
at the time of purchase, not after.• If a co-own takes place after the original purchase, it's up to the new owner
to add their watermark to the artwork.

By commissioning or purchasing art created by me (Sai-ki) in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.It is your responsibility as a customer to read this “Terms of Service” page to be knowledgeable, understanding and respectful of my rules and policies.In addition to ordering any type of NSFW or 18+ artwork, you are agreeing that you are indeed 18 years or older.

I. GENERAL TERMS.
★ Please write clearly and nicely.★ Provide neat references.★ Rude behavior or failure to follow my terms will not be tolerated and I will block you and cancel your commission/request.★ NSFW art can only be purchased if you are 18 years or older.★ The characters depicted in NSFW artwork must be 18 years or older as well.★ A refund will not be given once I receive the payment.★ I am not liable for any type of mispayment.
_{(ex: your child steals your credit card)}★ Rude behavior, bullying, harassment, bratty attitudes, manipulation attempts, and loophole exploitation will result in being blocked & banned from my server.★ Any attempts to communicate with me or server staff when
you're banned will be discarded.
★ Repeat offenses will lead to all rights to my artwork being rescinded
and resold in my shop.

II. PAYMENT
★ The commission must be paid in full after you approve the first wip.
★ I won't release the textless files until payment is received.
★ The currency I accept is USD and should be paid through Paypal after I send you an invoice..
★ Payment plans can be discussed if necessary.

III. PROCESS
Work In Progress will be given through-out the process to ensure the art is going in a direction that you like.
WIPs might be given as well if I, the artist, wonder something about the commission.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 1-3 months depending on many factors such as;
health, order of the commission, complexity, workload, school or family emergencies.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.However, after a commission is (mostly) finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.Make sure to be clear in your request to ensure the best outcome and refrain from changing your mind repeatedly during the commission process so there is less confusion.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
★ Promote myself in any place or site.
★ To display it anywhere to my liking.
★ Post it wherever I wantThe commissioner are allowed to;
★ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
★ Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
★ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way,
every right you had to the drawing
will be retracted and a refund will not be given.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
★ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
(Meaning making money of it in any way)
★ Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
★ Removing or covering my watermarks/signatures.
★ Altering or editing the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork needs to be discussed before purchasing the artwork.With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of
merchandise with the artwork.Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking,
and promote your brand.★ Credit is still required for the usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
★ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your
commission at any time.
★ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
★ If money has not been sent yet the commissioner
has the right to cancel the commission.
★ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the
copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
★ You will be forbidden to ever commission me, (Sai-ki), ever again.
★ I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to
the money you have given me.
