Q: Can I retext or change the name on my IMVU art?
A: No. Retexts and edits are not offered and not permitted.
Each premade or commission is made final and personalized for the original buyer only.Q: Can I resell, trade, or gift my IMVU art or adopt to someone else?
A: No. All artwork and adopts are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
Reselling, trading, or gifting digital artwork files is not allowed unless I’ve given written permission.Q: Can I get the textless or unwatermarked version of my art?
A: I no longer provide textless files. This helps protect my art from theft, unauthorized edits, and resells.Q: Can I use my IMVU portrait as a VTuber, mascot, or for merch?
A: No. IMVU artwork is never eligible for commercial licensing or use in monetized projects.Q: Can I buy commercial rights to an older artwork or adopt?

How Access Works
♥ When a public invite link is available, you’ll be asked to complete a short application.
♥ All applications are reviewed personally to ensure a good fit with the server’s energy and purpose.
♥ Not all requests will be accepted.
♥ Access may be revoked at any time even without rule violations.What to Expect
My server is focused on art updates, commission slots, premade sales, and trusted client interaction.
Casual conversation is welcome in its designated channel; as long as it remains respectful and aligned with the server’s atmosphere. Self-promotion, excessive venting, drama, or unrelated/inappropriate topics are not permitted.

All commissions are handled exclusively through my private Discord server.
Commission details and slots are available only to approved members.

♥ In very rare cases, I may allow resells, trades, or retexts for trusted clients.

♥ Permission must be explicitly granted by me in writing before any changes or transfers.

I’m open to discussing commercial licenses for past adoptables

Purchasing or commissioning a piece does not grant ownership of the artwork;

.Artistic Freedom Clause
All licenses apply only to the specific artwork commissioned;
not to general ideas, concepts, themes, species, color palettes, or aesthetics.Similar ideas, archetypes, or motifs will remain part of my artistic style and may appear in future works.
I reserve the right to create and sell artwork featuring similar concepts, poses, or character types, as long as they are distinct original pieces.
Copyright ownership of ideas, archetypes, or styles is not transferable unless the client holds a legitimate, registered copyright (such as officially trademarked character or mascot; e.g. Pusheen or Hello Kitty)..

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
♥ Promote myself in any place or site.
♥ To display it anywhere to my liking.
♥ Post it wherever I want.The customer/commissioner is allowed to;
♥ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only; unless agreed otherwise.
♥ Make personal print(s) and claim the right(s) of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
♥ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
♥ If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted and a refund will not be given.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
♥ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
♥ Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
♥ Removing any watermarks/signatures.

♥ Once a transaction is completed without a commercial license, the artwork remains personal-use only and cannot be upgraded later..
